Yes EVERYTHING you say is spot on. 'Mandate to fix the capital structure' McGann said it would get done. He just blew smoke up our butts. Things don't change that fast without something being out of place. IMO anyway.

Q? Why is the lead scientist Bill McGann CEO?

Bill McGann is Very qualified to be Lead Scientist. As a scientist he performed brilliantly. But as CEO IMO he has failed investors miserably.

1) IMO McGann lacks the necessary business sense in financing and that opened the door for Platinum to walk in and rape us. The decisions made seem to be made with haste.

It is these decisions which have use where we are today. (Over a barrel with pants down). So one might wonder, "Why is this Scientist also the CEO?" Why is a scientist running the business end of the Business? How come not a REAL experienced CEO?

2) Why hasn't our CEO (Bill McGann) not step up and explained to investors whats REALLY up? Why cant he muster the courage to tell us like it is?

The Victory LAP was for WHO? "We have little time to talk. So I will be brief"... and then he went on jabbering for 45 minutes. What did you hear? Back Patting and High-Fives. Good things to come.. THEN he went dark. Now we have Bob L. telling us how great this Zapata business is. And that is where were heading.. WTF! Was my reaction.

I hope a BIG fish swims in and buys IMSC and we get a deceit price. Chances of that are 30% at best. I blame the CEO. The fact he is a brilliant scientist matters NOT. He is a crappy CEO. (I feel there is more to this story than we know.. much more)

From then on Bob L. stepped up and told us there was a NEW plan. One that separated use from the ETD. Why didn't CEO McGann tell us?

I am sure there is cheaper money available to loan for a TSA Certified device with the best rating. But THEY went the path of least resistance at usurious rates IMO. People talk about the Morpho protest as a major turn. Platinum are crooks. Usurious Crooks. The FEDS are shutting Platinum down. Maybe prison time for a one or two of them.. Did Platinum play McGann. IMO HELL YES!

OK. When I give my 'heart felt' opinion I usually catch a lot of flack from a few long-long investors here.. I have been in this stock shortly before it last spiked to 1.80. It has been down ever since. I have a serious stake. I feel McGann is running from investors now. BUT we will see on the 15th. That will be interesting. Want to take bets on if McGann takes questions?

Remember how McGann praised Platinum? How great they were.. How THEY would be there for IMSC. He praised them at every call. What he taken in or was he in cahoots? People point at the Morpho protest as the reason. I think that contributed some but it was McGann who blew the smoke up our butts at each CC.

SO I question McGann's motives now. Why does he not speak?

The news that PP went under federal indictment/investigation was around June 12th in between the CCs that one questions 'what the heck happened'! THATs what happened.

Going under federal investigation with a widening scope changed/limited what Imsc could say or do. One would think the Feds would tell PP to not do much of anything during the federal investigation. This is so basic I am not sure why any investor is wondering 'what happened with the change of tone?' Try federal investigation.

So at a potential crime scene what's the first thing you do? You secure the scene. You can't start moving everything around and changing things because it compromises the evidence and makes it more difficult to figure out what really happened, like deleting emails, wiping servers and crushing hard drives.

What was an easy deal in the spring, got more difficult (but doable) after June 12th. Thus the extra time in getting the deal done.

Hey Ida, you posted this just 2 days before bankruptcy was filed " Turn the lights on and watch the roaches scamper." Well, Oct 10 came and it sent IMSC scampering. Turns out what was rotten was the months long preparation, including moving the company's incorporation to DE, for bankruptcy filing!

Now we know why we were told nothing about the efforts to fix the cap structure! It was because it couldn't be fixed!

Just 2 days after your post, it happened!
