I did see where they have to pay a fine. I did not see where they where sentenced to any time though. Might be the safest place for him after what he did to investors. Damn shame, he has a great product, but his greed left footprints all over investors. Would not be surprised to hear he gets capped if he ever pops his head up.

If they're still doing business with $PH*T (Highly doubtful) then they might get off with a slap on the wrist. Seeing that $PH*T was the one in a blue moon stock to come off the greys earlier this year.
