They are definitely not happy to be in the situation they are in. No one will make a deal with them, the only thing they can do is to let it go as a shell, at that point, they would have to return all their shares to the treasury for the new entity and that will take a few years. Something is not right with the whole picture, with all the resources they have, how is it that they can't find anyone to pony up the to clean the filings, even if the filings get cleaned, what's next? Nothing because they have no operation and no assets, it's as good as a shell, nothing more.
