Agree entirely Daguvanuh! Someone just probably needed some cash and would have liked to sell higher but had no option. If you look at L2 there aren't many shares back to .014+. As far as being to .02 that may be in the near horizon with updates due in the near future. Some have held FDIT for many months as I have and understand that the potential here is a lot higher than pennies.
