That's a great post Isaac, like I said before I stumbled across VELA through a scanner I use to pick up multiple day volume increases, I read the filings (yes they are old but offers insight to what the company is business wise etc.) and I came to the conclusion that lets be honest pretty any company/stock on the OTC is speculative and a risk to lose money quick but also you see the biggest % gainers in the OTC so it goes both ways. Anyways yes the court documents have been favorable to VELA and it's my opinion that if that gets cleared up whoever this ceo is may file updated reports, I say that because check out the past form 4's the insiders do hold many shares here I just feel like wether they give a crap about shareholders or not I think they'd want a higher pps you know? That's just my guess, anyway you make some good points I figure it's worth a gamble here to see if anything develops wether that's short squeeze or some kind of new filing. GLTA go $VELA
