Company could file an 8K at any time indicating that WS was still engaged and that no fees would be paid to WS until a successful financing was arranged, IF in fact, either were true.
Whoever is calling the company, I suspect it's those who believe the stories, not the skeptics. Of course I'm sure the company would not be disclosing material information to favored shareholders anyway. ;-)
I'm afraid you lost me at "the company said". Weren't they also the ones that said the T/A couldn't legally release the O/S to anyone other than a 10% shareholder? ;-);-)
