That is a ridiculous statement. Fact is you have no way of knowing what has or has not been done to "stop Scam 3.0
I can speak to my own pers fact - SOMETHING HAS INDEED BEEN DONE.

And no one here has done anything or will do anything to stop Scam 3.0.
