Yes, and now on all the "strong buy" lists we can see. ALL fundamentals are in place and good to go. Should see a .18-19. by end of Year. BIG issue is the "control" of BAC by the HFT exchanges. They can and do keep the PPS in a channel so as to keep making a rebate for clients,..which BTW is .03 per share per trade. So it makes no matter the direction of the trade, it's all about numbers. Cheaper share price = more shares to "play" with= more rebates!
