This is my favorite line in Sullivan's filing..."The reasonable attorney’s fees at issue here do not even begin to compensate the Defendants for the harm caused by the decision to file a class action lawsuit based purely on a story on the internet by an anonymous author who, in all likelihood, was involved in securities fraud."
