PPS range picked off mostly via bid @ 046/048 but a handful @ *ask* @ 05c

PTOI *shares* picked first half of October = 145,193

add to the *wow* factor .. ;) of prior PTOI shares' *picked*

from 8.25.16 to 8.31.16

they added 133,625 PTOI *shares*

from 9.1.16 to 9.15.16

they added 490,000 PTOI *shares*

from 9.16.16 to 9.30.16

they added 240,000 PTOI *shares*

what struck me specifically was the *volume* (or lack of) for the first half of October .. not including Friday's *volume*
