Ha I was right! So, they issued 94 million shares since the A/S rise yesterday? And 13 million dumped this morning at .0003?

Where's the LOC now? I thought they only needed A/S rise to secure the LOC to retire notes, etc. Why did they issue 94 million shares then?

Looks like its panning out exactly as I stated thus far.

Sorry folks, I wanted to be wrong for my sake and all our sake, but its not looking that way at the moment.

YEP as we predicted.....AS increase was easily approved and filed likely with Nevada and next SEC 8-K. I expect we get the LOC 8-K next week. The big question will be who the LOC partner is and whether they are also an investor. And hmmmmmm.....wonder what other updates we get next week?
