You can consider it a disclosure all you want. I happen to know better than to trust anything an OTC company can get access to to exploit to its benefit. SO OK Great - THEN YOU BELIEVE THE NUMBERS. COMMON SENSE DICTATES OTHERWISE. Believing BULLSHIT like that will land a person on a sure fire fast track quick path to poverty. As for your problem with empire stock transfer- take it up with them. That is once its determined who the TA ACTUALLY IS.
"it is against the law for a Nevada transfer agent to release any stock information to any shareholder without first proving you hold more than 10% of the outstanding shares"
Thats all fine and dandy.....but THE FACT IS I NEVER STATED IT WAS NOT A DISCLOSURE. ROFLMAO. SO your point has nothing to do with what I stated and its incorrect to boot.
SECONDLY - saying those numbers are accurate as to the date ? That too is INCORRECT. Otcmarkets has the share structure numbers as of SEPT 30, 2016 The latest financial, only covers up to june 30th so those numbers are unconfirmed, furthermore the updated profile date is oct 3 2016 which again falls beyond the date as covered by the latest filing ( June 30 2016) and is also unconfirmed. Claiming them accurate because the company "controls the posting " has NOTHING WHATSOEVER TO DO WITH THEIR ACCURACY.
Lastly, To say I "want" them to be incorrect is mean spirited conjecture on your part. Fact is I am here for the truth . I do not own the stock, I have no financial interest in gnid. I am here to challenge pie in the sky factless nonsense. What say you?
Actually under FINRA and SEC disclosure rules that is considered a disclosure since the company controls the posting of that information. So as much as you may want it to be incorrect, it's accurate as to the date.
