Yep, that was the point I was trying to make. Since it is a class action lawsuit on behalf of shareholders, you dont have to do anything to have the same rights and entitlements as lead plaintiffs.

To be a member of the class you need not take any action at this time; you may retain counsel of your choice or take no action and remain an absent member of the Class.

Chances of recovering anything are very slim. Even if they did violate some SEC laws, they will probably just get a fine and a slap on the wrist. While shareholders get NOTHING due to the protection of bankruptcy.

Similar crap happens in the Pink/OTC stock world every day.
