Fan, understand I'm not a lawyer. I do have an opinion. There is nothing to this Pomerantz fishing expedition. I doubt they'll even file even though they may find a lead plaintiff. I also doubt that we'd even see many other firms announcing. There's 2, pure smoke.

Shkreli and Mylan are in a different situation altogether.

IMO, Denner should be far more worried about his viable breach-of-fiduciary-responsibilites issues related to his rise.
