I hear that, that's why I said in my initial post "if there really is 700 million short" ... Etc. I did get excited seeing VELA have a footprint in numerous countries lol, you don't see that ever in OTC. Imo I think VELA with this volume is due for a move, big or small who knows but it's enough to give me the inclination to grab a position as a lotto $VELA.
