Walk us through the toxic conversion process between the note holder, the note holders attorney, the broker, who submits the request to whom, the verification process and the delivery process, and how much time does that usually take......I am so curious to see if what I think is what you know. Thanks toxic, I'm a bit behind with reading GNID today, but your post is accurate and bears repeating. Hopefully traders are aware that trades not settled at T+3 result in an FTD. The claim of high "short volume" is truly meaningless.

Please note that fails-to-deliver can occur for a number of reasons on both long and short sales. Therefore, fails-to-deliver are not necessarily the result of short selling, and are not evidence of abusive short selling or “naked” short selling
