Yeah, his take along with a few others is down going into the Fall lows around late Oct, early Nov. Most everyone has that opinion, too. We should get a small rally though in a week or two. But don't expect much.
As far as MRVL goes, I am very interested in how it's trading. It really does appear as if it's finally starting to enter a new accumulation/base phase. That's very good. It's bases that the 2nd phase of a cycle is formed - the markup phase.
Those who took econ 101 in college remember the 4 cycles - accumulation, markup, distribution, markdown. The real estate market I think is just ending it's distribution, and is slowly entering the markdown phase.
