If you really think you might want to own the shares, MDR for Nov. 18 is available for $4.70 right now. If you have $5,000 sell 10 Nov $5 puts for 30¢.

Two outcomes: You'll either own the shares at $4.70 or you'll keep the $300 you collect for a 6% gain in 38 days which is a 57.6% annualized return which I don't find too shabby.
