I very much doubt it.

Two consecutive CPAs of BRWC had their
licenses revoked by the SEC and the
last CPA - hired in July 2015 -
was fired within 2 months due to disagreements
over stock valuations paid to Executives and
Hedgefunds, and the scope of the Audits. This
info was filed in a 8-K.

I think the above reasons is why the SEC
was Monitoring BRWC.
