It's not true, that number is based on the outdated number of shares outstanding. O/S is close to 10 billion.

How could you possibly even consider that valid when the stock trades what it does? The TA is gagged because there are literally 10s if not 100s of billions of shares fully diluted.

How would they finance a share buyback when their only source of income is selling stock?
Did they sell stock at no bid only to buy back at .0005?
