Nope. the Transfer Agent is locked and won't provide info over the phone.

That is a RED FLAG Alert on a penny stock that signals ... SCAM!!!

Only by sending in an email to the transfer agent will the TA even consider releasing the O/S and other Share Capital details.

This reeks of SCAM.
