Hey, I am not the jackarse CEO and CFO who have continuously violated securities rules and regulations. That is their problem, if they don't cure the delinquency, it is a matter of time. Not my rules, just congress, the president, and the SEC to enforce.

I don't see any 8-K's announcing new stores.

Only intentionally nebulous crap on FB and twitter. Pretty bad when the insiders are more focused on pumping the stock on the various social media forums than filing their required financial statements.

And fixing the blatant errors in that 8-K/A.

And disclosing lawsuits as required by law.

And changing the share structure to reflect the preferred shares issued to Lee.

And attempting to shirk their creditors by intentionally remaining non compliant.

And hyping UMS only to "acquire" the crap which owes 5.6 million to their creditors while paying out 3.5 million in General and Administrative expenses.

Forcing UMS to declare bankruptcy.

This is a blatant fraud.
