They used $500k to pay off some debt and the rest went into production. $17mm invested and six years later, they land a $12mm dollar deal.

Same day they place in effect a shareholders right plan.

In every PR and on their website it states: The company's common stock is currently quoted over the counter under the symbol DLPX.

They wouldn't say it to mislead the market, that would be asking for a lawsuit imo. They're letting the market know for a reason.
