So, if you win your case, how much do you stand to collect in total? Do you have more lawsuits against NGCG standing by, or is this the only one? You also said:

"When I win. It will be sweet and I will seize control of the company and give it as a gift to the shareholders to run and operate"

How can you seize control of NGCG just by winning a lawsuit? I'm a little confused at that statement. If you win and Kim pays the settlement, then you go away and Kim continues on. Is there something I'm not aware of?

I see Ruppert still hasn't amended the Promissory notes and is trying to collect on a Note to Pamela that has already been settled and the shares have been issued - Ruppert stated the following:

Thank you. Actually there were 2 Kalisky debt purchases within a month of each other and by accident the wrong one was filed. The correct one with all proofs of payments etc. is bring filed today as a correction

Ruppert hasn't filed a amended complaint to include the "other" Kalisky note.

On 09/13/2016 you stated the amended complaint was being filed that day - and it is October 6, 2016 and still nothing but more big talk.

So Ruppert is still filing a fraudulent lawsuit.

Let's see the amended complaint and other Kalisky Note. LOLOL!!!
