WDCO has not been that active lately. Look back at March/April.

I believe their lower volume lately is because others who want to sell at the ask know to undercut WDCO. See current L2.

I will say this, whomever is behind the perpetual WDCO ask month after month has a ton of shares and sure damps any potential rallies in the stock!
