The new board so far has been great LOL .Well at least they didnt lie and pump and dump like Frank. The new board and friends have kept me out of loop since I refused to be shaken down for CASH.It looks like Frank and his friends saved him from Jail .Im hoping my accountant will let me take a write off without actually selling since the stock is not liquid and I cannot sell a million shares on the bid or at the market LOL.There was talk that the new board wanted to take the company private since they are funding the TURNAROUND ,I doubt that happens as I would sue them.I have a hunch that the new board is realizing that the ENTIRE COMPANY WAS A FRAUD and not one inch of business was LEGIT.
