Falk has always had many stock options. When the stock was higher he had options a little higher than that. I assume he invested in a 401K with a 1 for 1 match because it is a great deal. Make sure you sell the pop! Once people see the financials and realize the NUNCHIE settlements are for like 50k a pop then the bloom comes off.
