Your theory only makes sense if they would try to get the share price up, but they don't. On the contrary, they're keeping it down by not updating OTC and Nevada SOS, by not sending out press releases, by not changing the ticker symbol etc. They are slowly building their company, but it's taking too long, its hilarious. Potential shareholders are scared away.
Difficult to loose money on this company, shares are still almost for free: more than 3.000 shares to the dollar. And if you cant afford to loose a few hundred dollar, you shouldn't be investing in penny stocks.
