It isn't if you're being honest. It will take multiple groups and multiple BILLION share trading days to just get a bid. This will NEVER move as is. No news in almost a year after being repossessed for failure to pay their bills, being in collections right now with suppliers, it's all a mess and they won't be able to dig it free without a massive rs. 10000:1 at least IMO, followed by immediate massive dilution back to 0001. Watch and learn.
