Ask yourself common sense questions!!

There is absolutely no business or operations and at best just a thought or idea about a business!!
So ask this:

Why would Kim or anyone put hundreds of thousands of dollars which would be needed to start a business into a public entity rather than a private one if he were going to start a business !
This is a non reporting company and he has no ability to raise real funds and anyone who puts money in including him would have to wait years to be able to liquidate stock and get their money out with great risk of their capital in the mean time.

The answer is no one would !!! Anyone who wanted to put in hundreds of thousands to start a business would do it privately and not publicly in this way
