I don't think they would have filed an S-3 if they would just go to the OTC. I also believe they would be diluting the crap out of this if they were going to reverse split. The logical conclusion is that they filed the extension.

As far as news, I expected news already. It seemed like in the radio interview that everything was good to go. My hope is that part of the Joint venture is to be part of EORs existing or newly obtained contracts. That would send this thing sky high instantly. I guess we will see. This is a pure hold IMO. No need to add more shares, but no need to panic sell.
