As you know - our share price reflects our wounds - this is a big deal for us. I am not suggesting it is a prediction of our eventual victory - just that it is a fair and honest attempt at the truth - which is contrary to previous outcomes which did received a great deal of coverage....
For all of us longs, you included, we have seen far more insignificant news garner far more coverage... usually to our demise. Therefore, I respectfully disagree with you, the left wing media (more prevalent/publicly available - no judgement either way) is trying to quiet the press making Hilz appear closer to additional corruption. BO's influence/perceived approval will most likely be all over this....
I wholeheartedly believe reporters (who have much to gain/loose as well) are being more calculated in regard to current coverage. Unless their hand is forced, and even then they have proven, on both sides, to quiet the noise and opinions/stories that negatively impact their desired outcomes. This particular case spans both parties and probably has a great deal of corruption stories to be shared...
