I am a scientist and there are no negative "if's" only "if". You need to read better to understand what is termed a "conditional phrase". All problems start with "IF this then that" or "IF this then NOT that" and vice versas! That is called logic. Try some!
If only you would apply all your energy to "world peace" perhaps that would see through the impossibilities. What I can guarantee is that the "negation" of what does NOT work is required to produce what does!
