Only Lopez can license the patent, and only Lopez is entitled to any royalties.

Neither does Lopez need DDCC as a "sole marketing agent" in order to license the patent he alone holds.

Pres Lopez with CEO Jerry's help pulled the patent rug out from under DDCC, 2 weeks before it was approved by the USPO.

ddcc is the only company that will be marketing the translock. alan lopez is the president of ddcc and the company is how his invention is being marketed to the shipping industry. no one should get confused about this.
