#114 RE: Gold prospector #113

They were at one time. Interesting story because there's two reasons I found out why they delisted from the NASDAQ.

The first is because the CEO was determined to be successful with their Elan 500 printer because he knew it would blow all the competition away. But they need to put everything they had into R&D including the costs associated with remaining on the NASDAQ.

The second is when the CEO saw that the market was setting up for the crash of '08, his mind was made up and before his company was fully affected, he delisted. Enabling them ramp up R&D on the Elan 500 and begin to move the company into the future.

Speeding up the clock to the end of 2015, once DLPX finished their R&D phase, AIRT took notice in the hidden value in the company and made an offer DLPX obviously couldn't refuse. They set up a plan of action that began with mass marketing the printer that is valued at approx $325k each and so far through the most recent PRs we can see they have made tremendous progress.

So if they are planning to relist on the NASDAQ or for AIRT to just buy them up is yet to be revealed. But I do know that at a .05 pps, these guys are no doubt way, way under valued.
