Yes, AIRT owns preferred shares equal to 38% of the A/S. If converted to common, they have rights to approx 20mm shares of the common stock. That plus the current o/s of 6.8mm is approx 50% of the company. Don't forget they also have a controlling seat on DLPX's board.
