Of course they are. They've already let everyone down, why would they change now?
It seems they keep changing the reason for getting the LOC. First, it was platform launch. Now, they have to raise the A/S. Why is that? What does the A/S have to do with getting the LOC? Are they just signing another toxic note?
Why haven't we heard about the new website? I believe it was huge flop and they're too embarrassed to even mention it. Hope I'm wrong.
