hapslap, if you believe that it's a scam, what have you done so far, other than post on this forum?
Have you gone to the SEC? What do you think they'll tell you (probably "invest at your own risk" - unless you have evidence showing fraud - which you do not!)
We see no allegations by the SEC that VELTEX or Management thereof have committed fraud.
We see no evidence by objective sources of any Fraud.
LEGAL WARNING:
