Hi ExBlock Well, given that I have three immediate family members who are successful attorneys, and many attorney clients, I'd say I have a pretty good idea.
A bad attorney comes in 50% over time budget.
A good attorney comes in at double the time budget.
It's all in the eye of the beholder, Ex-B, and common sense and practical experience dictates "best case" pretty much never happens.
