Something much more important has to happen 1st. DD has to explain why he couldn't sell, why they haven't the dollars to do a marketing campaign, why there is no sales numbers as a base of commissionable income they can count on and he has to explain why he will be unable to pay a draw to attract a pulse of a mid level rep. Oh it's not just that simple. Again... all should have been planned out and detailed LOOOOOONG ago and it's still not done.
