At the very most, a few retail buyers could dump a few hundred dollars worth for a small profit.
Anyone buying now at $.0001 will be unlikely to be able to sell at all, and certainly not for more than $.0001.
With well over 2 billion shares out there, many at sub $.0001 by the toxics, it's not going anywhere, other than a reverse split.

I agree .... last run went to .0009 or .001 I think
