In my opinion, there's no question that if they cannot retire these toxic notes and sign the LOC, shareholders will be wiped out. They've signed too many toxic notes and won't be able to manage the constant conversion into shares without another rise in the A/S or an r/s.
The SP is already near no bid, so any additional dumps will put this at no bid fast. That's my opinion folks. Let's see if we get there this week :) GLTA.
