I'm not going to tell you what to do as that is your choice.

But CBIS is garbage because the float is way too large, which will dilute the maximal % gain it can attain

I don't feel as strongly about NEWC but they haven't even filed their last quarterly and the chart has all the signs of major dilution so their share count has probably grown quite a bit since they last filed

You might want to consider adding another SALAMI or two to your portfolio...
