Sorry, but I have not seen a "bogus" product from INTK yet, I had placed several orders; small and large, sometimes delivered quickly, sometimes months later. But they delivered always.
There may be problems with the production, QC, etc, etc.
I have tested these products both in my lab as well as in industrial applications; for the latest ones, the customers made their own assessments;
one reported 15% energy saving on already insulated metal heat furnace,
the other 30% on a three hour yarn dyeing process.
So I have full faith in the products.
The company may have problems that I am not aware of, but I am not in a position to do anything about it. I only report what I see and measure.
