The EAPH Scam is taking advantage of the OTC system in creating these FREE shares to consultants which are then dumped in the market.
And we are not talking about a few shares, we are talking about HUNDRED of MILLIONS of FREE Dumping shares given to consultants.
Consultants who locate old, worthless compounds that anyone in the industry knows are not worth even talking about, and promote those worthless compounds in Mexico and S. America where its difficult to research what exactly this Scam is doing.
