Why didn't Medinah do this immediately? Why have they waited 6 weeks?

I suspect the answer is that the BOD of Medinah don't know what they're doing, haven't the knowledge to even run their own company and want the protection of a so-called "independent law firm and independent investigators and an independent auditor" to cover their personal ass.

The truth is, and they don't want to admit this, they're unqualified to run a public U.S. company and Les Price knew this and took advantage of it. I wonder if we're to get a true report or a cover-up report? Where's the leadership from the President? Why isn't he reporting the information they've gleaned from 6 weeks investigation in a letter to the shareholders? Do they have nothing to report? We deserve better.
