We will find out soon enough BUT I can almost 100% guarantee they are not going to let Apollo Group have 1.1 billion shares. My guess is that the deal is already done and we here about AS and LOC next week or the following at the latest. In fact, they may have paid off Apollo with RDRD loan or the Old Main note. But TEAM BETS too smart to go to all of this work and then let Apollo have those shares.
