Haha that sounds as spot on as any less likely scenario. This one is on the trade at your own risk list. That scenario goes back many years now.
Have to admit tho they had me convinced for awhile that this would somehow be "different" The EPA award produced a lot of cash for these creeps that went straight into their pockets as far as I can tell.
