As thin as DLCR is, I think we'll see a penny break/huge spike long before November. By watching this the past week, it's clear to me someone is manipulating this for their own monetary gain. Which if that's the case, I would like to think they don't want to totally destroy the chart. Just my opinion of course. Best of luck bud
