Shapiro didn't learn from the MDNT suspension, just a month or so after he SEC deposed Manu. That's probably when the real investigation of Joel Jake Shapiro probably ramped-up.
It is possible that Manu and the former FONU CEO Roger Miguel are cooperating to help the investigation of Jake Shapiro.
Since the SEC included the federal attorney in their charging documents in the civil charges, there certainly could be a federal indictment and perp walk coming, IMO.
